The full menu at Kathiyawadi Kitchen, a 100% pure vegetarian Gujarati and Kathiyawadi restaurant on Regent Ave West in east Winnipeg. Fafda and Vanela Gathiya are hand-made every morning, alongside Methi na Bhajiya, Surti Locho, Nylon Khaman (the soft steamed gram-flour cake often called dhokla), Khandvi, Vadapav, Dabeli, Jalebi, Mohanthal and Shrikhand.
